pulled the plug

We pulled the plug.
We withdrew our interest in the Jurong West HDB site. I wrote a letter to the agent:
Dear Jeremy,
Thank you for your persistent efforts in facilitating this deal. We have learned a great deal about partnership and hdb sites and policies.
However due to the difficulty of finding a ready church partner, the time and transfer constraints, and the lack of a compelling reason to do the deal, in all fairness to all parties concerned, especially CHC, we have decided to withdraw our interest in the hdb site and we trust the Lord will lead us on in our journey.

We are pressing on with the options outlined by the church building committee.
