encouragement for 2007
Do not try to manipulate, use or control Me, whether by your faith, prayers or techniques. I will not be controlled: I am God, let me be God! God in your life; in the church; in the world; at the workplace and school. Be still and know that I am God.
Do not look for instant solutions to your problems; instant transformation and changes. There are no magic formulas nor prayers nor anointings. I am God, let me be God. People are complex and fallen and have the power of choice. Be still and quiet, and let Me be sovereign, working in My way, in My time, as I please.
Instead, let Me love you. Do not resist or hold back in frigidity because you feel undeserving or unworthy of My love. Receive in childlike faith My unconditional love for you. Let Me love you, and My love will slowly but surely transform and embolden you.
And just love people I bring your way everyday. Don’t judge, manipulate, reject, control or try to change them. Just love them. Just love them as I love them.
