meeting on-line friends
This is the first time that I have met up with people I got to know on-line through blogging so I guess it is crossing frontiers for me. They go by xanga blognames looxie and Curahee101 but their real names are Lynette and Daniel, husband and wife team from Church of our Saviour Anglican Church. Interestingly, Daniel is a grandson of the founding pastor of Church of the True Light at Perak Lane, which gathers in a beautiful Chinese style church building with nice calligraphy decorating the pillars done by the pastor himself. I told him I took several camps and meetings with that church a decade ago. Pastor Mary and my wife was also with me as we talked about the healing and wholeness ministry they were actively engaged in. I could see Daniel was able to explain things clearly and calmly, and Lynette was an experienced hands-on minister and exciting storyteller. Complementary. Both with very child-like vibrant faith and with good spirit. It is not surprising when you know that they have been under an able, godly mentor for 5,6 years. Our conversation took us around the world, and into the realm of spirits and angels and demons. It was fun and three hours just passed real quickly. Then we had a circle of prayer before we took the above photo. I received a prophetic word and you can you tell I was really blessed from the tongue of fire on my head!
