I am currently thinking about some ideas shared during a recent conference on Externally Focused Church. What your CG did is a step in the right direction. In the CGs in my church, they are encouraged to go out once a month on prayer walks, visitations to those in need and occasionaly go out celebrate a birthday or something. We have doing this for about 18 months and it a blessing to lay aside study materials etc and be somewhere else as a group. Amen, Brother.
