God created everything with sovereign power, order, love and joy to bless and not to curse (1:1-2:3) and that God created Man blessed to be a blessing to all Creation (2:4-25) but Man succumbs to temptation by his human vulnerability and brings chaos and curse upon the earth (3:1-24). This is of course not an answer for everything but sufficient enough to tell us that we(mankind) plays a very big part in sufferings and illnesses. Of cos we can(and then to) blame a God who claims He is love and all powerful for earthquakes, typhoons, poverty, injustice and all kinds of evil. But honestly speaking, sin is the cause of it. Global warming(which leads to many weather calamities), exploiting the poor, hoarding wealth, murders and all kinds of atrocities came from.... sinful man. (with a lot of help from satan of course). Therefore, it is v.v.important for us to the live out the lives we claimed to be walking in if unbelievers were to see "the beauty of blossoming flowers, the warmth of sun-rise and so on." Pointing this to them is not enough. They must see it and experienced it through our lives and eventually through God. May the Lord make us all witnesses of His death, power and resurrection.
