Changing blogskins

By blogpastor, 17 November, 2009, 6 Comments

After just a few months, I got bored with the white and pastels of my blogskin. So I searched for a new skin and found this: Redtime 1.1 . I like the bold deep-toned red and the textured black and grey-white of this theme. It looks modern and interesting. The bang and whistle is the section that randomly picks out a post from the archive for display. I wish there is some way to control what is featured but it could not be done.

Changing blogskin is fun. Its like shopping for electronic toys. The designers have done all the work. I just pick what I like, preview it, and activate it. All in just a few clicks. And its free.

Will I change blogskins again? Probably. This is a personal blog not a corporate website with branding concerns.

Web2.0 and open source. I’m lovin’ it.
