		<description>Just a perspective - Leaders are a very rare and precious breed. They instinctively do the right thing. 

Managers or administrators (professional substitutes) on the other hand always do things right. 

Most modern institutions are often staffed by these professionals, judged by KPIs, MVAs, EVAs ROIs, other sexy matrices or often the size of stipend granted by a grateful (board?) members. 

Wall street has the biggest aggregation of dishonest/incompetent/immoral professionals.</description>
